Background
The New Media in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This is proven within 37.5 million people access information through web internet,and then 15 million others access through mobile phone. Beside news and the others sources of information, now, the microblogging andsocial media user are becoming the rising star in Indonesia Cybersphere. Surprisingly, Indonesia becomes the third most using social media in the world.
Now, this is the time for social media era, which consumers are not only determined as individual user, but also as social network. The Consumer is not only as Content Consumers but also Content Producers. Therefore, Cyber PR has important role in company / organization, especially on its Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy.
